Our story
In November 2022, we – as a family – founded the Cafe Bistro “SIMPLE”.
From the beginning, we had a clear idea: a small bistro with fresh, honest cuisine and a personal touch.
Our inspiration came from light, modern dishes such as salad bowls, combined with selected specialties from our home country of Bulgaria – a touch of familiar flavors, reinterpreted.
My wife, a trained pastry chef with many years of experience, prepares all cakes and desserts herself.
I myself have worked as a cook for many years – including as head chef in Bulgaria and in various kitchens in Germany.
Together we have chosen our own path:
a place that reflects our ideas, our tastes, and our standards.

We work with selected ingredients and prepare our dishes fresh daily – uncomplicated, balanced and with great attention to detail.
Our cuisine combines modern bistro dishes with influences from various culinary directions, complemented by small accents from Bulgaria.
Our goal is simple: good, honest food that brings joy.
